Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability
Midland Frantz Construction Group, Inc. incorporates environmentally friendly practices to help reduce the environmental impact of construction and improve the quality of life for tenants. We use materials such as low emitting carpet adhesive and paints to promote healthier indoor environments. We try to reuse materials as much as fiscally possible and use recycled material when feasible by design. We encourage our employees to go “paperless” by using electronic forms of communication and record keeping. We're also staunch advocates of recycling paper, cans, glass, florescent lights and other items throughout the office and at job sites. Our corporate office was designed to be environmentally friendly by using recycled building products and low wattage lighting.
We focus on green and sustainable building practices with extensive construction experience spanning LEED techniques. We work closely with our partners to ensure the consideration and application of sustainable materials and energy efficient systems are deployed when ever feasible. Additionally we focus on waste minimization and recycling/reclamation of demolition and renovation materials to ensure our environmental footprint is minimal.
Our ultimate goal is always an environmentally responsible construction site that eliminates excess waste and reduces impact to the environment.

We each contribute to the betterment of society by participating and contributing to organizations and causes that we are passionate about.
